NI 111 - National Department of Trade Regulation

Normative Instruction No. 111/2010

It was published at the Official Gazette the Normative Instruction No. 111 of the National Department of Trade Regulation, regulator of the Board of Trade of Brazil, which deals about the residence of foreign citizens from the countries part of MERCOSUL, Bolivia and Chile.

According to this Normative Instruction, the foreign citizen who obtained temporary residence authorization based on the New Agreement of MERCOSUL, Bolivia and Chile (Decree No. 6.975 of October 7^th 2009) can be appointed as administrator, and the Board of Trade can file the corporate acts normally.
